1867-69, seven entire letters, ex the same correspondence from Mitau (Lithuania) to Regent Street, London, all 26k. frankings, made several ways, including 1858 perf. 12½ 20k. used with 1864-65 perf. 14½ x 15 1k., 5k., another bearing 1858 perf. 12½ 20k. with 1864-65 perf. 14½ x 15 3k. (pair), all with "aus russland/franco tout" and red London paid arrival datestamps on the front and framed "eydtkuhnen" transit datestamps on reverse; a few small faults, but a scarce and attractive group with five three colour frankings.
