(5) tied by light "ibadan jebba t.p.o." c.d.s. without direction with blank registration label with manuscript "TPO North" and showing, on reverse, another strike of datestamp showing "down" in manuscript over "up" in manuscript; also four loose stamps/pieces with part strikes of the datestamp
