A collection of K.E.VII and K.G.V in stock album which includes 1902 size G, head A overprinted "specimen" for U.P.U., also head B (from 1907) with handstamp "specimen" in violet (Samuel SN1, minor soiling but rare), unused with both head types and showing the colour of the lettering ranging from grey to blue, an extensive group of used (16) showing a variety of oval and boxed registered handstamps including Aboh (scarce), Forcados, Warri (2), Ibadan, Burutu, Oshogbu and one cancelled by barred ovals; size H unused (2) and used (5) including Degema registered oval, Oshogbo c.d.s. and size H2 unused; 1912 size G used, size H Specimen, unused (2) and used with Degema registered label. Generally good to fine making a very interesting and useful collection with some very early dates of used of some of the registration markings. (37 covers)
