1899 "two cents" without stop in black on 5c., variety surcharge double, and "two cents" without stop in red on 5c., variety surcharge double, one on stamp impression the other on envelope; both unused, the former with light folds and a little damaged at lower left corner; also an example of the red surcharge used from Georgetown to England, scarce, in use only for a very short time
