1880 (19 May) envelope from Boerasirie to the Mon Repos Plantation, East Coast, bearing 2c. orange tied by fine "boerasirie" double-ring d.s. (Type D4) and showing, on reverse, another superb strike along with large part strike of very rare "b.v.wagting/b. g." c.d.s. (20.3); envelope with flap missing. Very rare, only one other Boerasirie cover has been recorded, and the B.V. Wagting mark only seen on loose adhesives. Photo
