1900 (24 June) unstamped envelope to a Boer P.O.W. at Simons Town, marked "Censored C.G. Huddleston" (Assistant Commandant during the occupation) and showing despatch c.d.s. in violet and circular-framed "censor/prisoners of war" cachet in blue. Rare with few covers recorded from Wolmaransstad during the six weeks of British Occupation, this being one of only three to P.O.W.'s. Photo
