1899 (25 Dec.) unstamped "en diens" envelope "met spaet" (with haste) to Kroonstad, showing fine "ingogo,/z.a.r." oval-framed datestamp in violet with arrival c.d.s. (28.12) above, Volksrust c.d.s. (25.12) on reverse; the envelope soiled though a scarce cancellation on commercial cover. Also pieces bearing ½d. and 2d. values with the same cancellation, one with "z.a.r." excised. Photo
