A. Darracq & Company (1905) Ltd., bearer warrant for 5 ordinary shares of £1 each, [1906], no.1649, illustration of the Darracq Car under title, ornate border, brown, text in English and French, with coupons, very fine.

The company was financed in England from 1905 to 1920, cars being designed and built in France. In 1920 the British firms Sunbeam and Talbot, who had merged in 1919, joined with Darracq and became S.T.D.
