1818 (23 Feb.) entire letter from Negombo to London, marked "via Madras" and redirected to Nottingham, rated "3/6" with good strikes of "madras/packet letter" datestamp (14.4) and framed "unpaid", the flap bearing two London datestamps (11.9); somewhat soiled.
