1938 Small Format Seal of the Colony issue covers, the award-winning eight-frame exhibit collection formed by the late Jerone R. Hart, all neatly mounted, well researched, written-up and presented in three Safe albums with slip cases, together with three further empty albums, contained in two cartons; the collection comprises an exceptional range of over 220 items arranged in ascending order of value from ½d. to 5/- and comprising a remarkable array of both single-value and multi-value frankings including Printed Matter, Surface, Post card, Airmail, Official, Registered and Censored and Foreign Destination Mail; items of note include registered to Kenya, printed matter to New Zealand, Pinto Labour Camp, Czech Army F.P.O., 2/6d. single franking on Official use, 5/- single frankings registered to England and Jamaica, shades, listed printing varieties on 2d., 2½d. and 4d. values are present with many very rare on cover.
