Scale printed envelope to Shanghai marked "via aerial post" and endorsed "Via Newchwang" in red ink, bearing first issue air 15c. and, on the reverse, 3c. Junk tied by bilingual Moukden c.d.s., the reverse also with Newchwang (16.5) and Shanghai (19.5) datestamps. Very fine and scarce. Photo
