1942 (26 Feb.) commercial envelope to Bombay bearing $2.20 franking tied by Shanghai c.d.s., with red on white British censor seal at side tied by "dhc/328" in blue, the reverse with very faint 1943 (22 Feb) arrival c.d.s. The front bears manuscript despatch date "26.2.42" underlined in blue crayon and with two exclamation marks (the recipient was obviously surprised it took nearly a year to be delivered).
