1906 (29 Oct.) envelope to Germany bearing 10c. green tied by a very fine strike of double-ring Kansu Sining Post Office cancellation, a fine and appealing array of backstamps with Lancho, Hsi-an bilingual (29.10, the latest recorded use), Hankow (6.11), Shanghai (9.11) and Berlin (5.12). A good cover and a fine example of the very scarce despatch postmark. Photo
