1900 (15 Jan.) red band envelope registered to Peking bearing, on the reverse, C.I.P. 1c. and 4c. pair cancelled by Tientsin pa-kua with bilingual "registered" handstamp in red and Peking bilingual c.d.s. alongside, the address side with a good strike of Tientsin Dollar chop with very clear "15 JAN" date (the yeardate was left out in 1900); some light age marks but a good cover and believe to be the latest example of the Tientsin Dollar Chop.
