1893 (26 May) an illustrated envelope used locally, bearing 1893 ½c. on half 5c. rose (level stops) in a horizontal strip of four, the right hand pair with variety surcharge double, one inverted, the inverted surcharge with raised stops (type IA-IIIA) tied by the Local Post bilingual cancellation in blue with the Local Post c.d.s. on the reverse; folding crease clear of the adhesives, otherwise very fresh and fine. The type IIIA on variety double one inverted is extremely scarce. Photo
