(Rohloff #K-15) on cover addressed to Seymour, matching "Waterbury, Con/Oct 11 ´66" double circle c.d.s. cancel, cover with a small tear into postmark mentioned for complete accuracy, still a very fine strike of this popular fancy cancel; 2011 PF certificate.
