Fairbairn, carmine on multicoloured underprint, arms at right, value in ornate guilloche at left and in three corners, reverse George Square, Glasgow, both overprinted SPECIMEN in red with two De La Rue specimen ovals on obverse and reverse, one punch hole
(Douglas 30-1s, Pick 200s (2)), the first glue stains and small thin on reverse, ink date '17-8-64' and annotations in top margin, otherwise good extremely fine, the second about uncirculated (2)
