Onchan Internment Camp, Isle of Man, 2/6, pale blue, 5/-, pink-red and 10/-, green, all ND (1940-1941), all handstamped serial numbers, the Tower of Refuge at left. The 2/6 and 10/- have a red oval handtamp on reverse 'GRANVILLE INTERNMENT CAMP DOUGLAS I.O.M. 2 AUGUST 1941' with manuscript 'not negotiable'
(Canpbell 5371,5372,5373, Quarmby 406,407,408), Quarmby p.155 mentions 'Onchan notes are known stamped GRANVILLE CAMP and dated August 1941' . First good very fine, balance extremely fine, rare (3)
