The Committee of the Society of Arts, a book titled 'A report on the mode of preventing the Forgery of banknotes', a fine quality leather binding with letter from the Bank of England stating they have had the book rebound, the letter dated 1980, the book dated 1819 and containing 72 pages including a Bank of England Trial £1 dated 3 February 1819, a £1, ND , 'pay Mr Henry Hase' in text, Europa at centre, a proof dated June 14th 1818.
in excellent condition and interesting, containing three proofs
