(†) Government of Jamaica, a pair of black and white archival photographs showing an unadopted design for a £1, L.1904/1918, waterfalls at centre, canes at left and bananas at right, George V at top right, arms at top left, value at centre and low corners, reverse with arms at centre, flanked by values. Also a photograph of reverse design for a 5/- of the same date and rough sketch of the design for the 10/-. Interestingly, the design for the 10/- specifies the vignettes eventually used for the 5/-.
(Pick 32 and 33 for the notes eventually chosen, these designs never used), unique and a fascinating insight into a set of notes that were never taken further (5)
