418 Armourer Sergeant Robert Honnor, born Enfield, Middlesex, 1854; enlisted in the Corps of Armourers, May 1877; served attached variously with the 2nd Battalion 14th Regiment, 1st Battalion Somerset Light Infantry, and the 3rd Battalion Connaught Rangers; discharged, May 1898, re-enlisted for limited engagement, April 1900; discharged, April 1901, after 22 years and 3 days' service.
