#213, 2c Green, absolutely perfectly centered amid the most massive margins imaginable, deep luxuriant color and a detailed impression on bright paper, pristine o.g. with just the barest trace of hinging, simply superb; a truly amazing stamp whose equal does not exist; 1992 PF certificate and a 2007 PSE certificate (Superb 98J; SMQ $430.00 as 98, the highest grade they price); this is, by far, the highest graded example in the PSE Population Report (the next highest is a 95), and the only example to have been awarded this impressive grade; accompanied by a note from the PSE´s master grader, William A.
