#515, 20c Light ultramarine, an incomparable bottom sheet-margin plate no. 7033 single in the most amazing condition, boasting absolutely gigantic jumbo margins and being perfectly centered within this vast expanse, rich luxuriant color and a deeply etched impression which are wonderfully contrasted by its bright paper, o.g., n.h., superb.[cr][lf][cr][lf]A breathtakingly beautiful stamp whose equal more than likely does not exist. It is one of only five to have been graded Superb 98 Jumbo by the PSE, the highest grade awarded to any Scott #515.
