Rarely seen possessing margins of this size and being so perfectly centered within them.[cr][lf][cr][lf]Accompanied by a 2004 PF certificate for a strip of three from which this stamp was taken, as well as a 2008 PSE certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo; SMQ $3,300.00 as 98, the highest grade they price); one of only two examples to have been graded Superb 98 Jumbo by the PSE, the highest grade awarded to any Scott #431.
