Its centering is perfect, its margins are enormous, its impression prooflike and its reverse is flawless. In short, a stamp for the perfectionist.[cr][lf][cr][lf]Accompanied by a 2007 PSE certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo; SMQ $4,000.00 as 98, the highest grade they price); one of only three examples of Scott #414 to have been awarded this impressive grade, with one grading just slightly higher (100), but its margins cannot compare to this striking copy.
