#309, 15c Olive green, incredibly well centered within lavishly large margins all around, strikingly intense color and impression on brilliantly fresh paper, immaculate o.g., n.h., an extremely fine gem in every regard.[cr][lf][cr][lf]A magnificent quality never hinged example of the Fifteen Cent 1903 Issue. Possessing huge jumbo margins unlike any other we have seen on this value and being remarkably well centered within them. Certainly one of the finest existing examples of Scott #309.[cr][lf][cr][lf]Accompanied by a 2000 PF certificate and a 2004 PSE certificate (XF-Superb 95 Jumbo; SMQ $5,300.00 as 95 and $19,000.00 as 98); the sole example to have been graded XF-Superb 95 Jumbo by the PSE, with only one grading slightly higher (98), whose margins are not at all comparable to this jumbo example; ex-Morris, ""Scarsdale" Estimate US$ 8,500-10,000
