(Type A14); 1868 (18 July) entire letter (some stains) to Aden, marked "p. French Packet", bearing 2d. pale blue (defective) and 3d. dull red pair and single (both with small stains), each cancelled "B53" and showing poor "9d" h.s. (Type A22); also 1863 (5 Sept.) entire to Belfast (stamps missing) showing light "5½d" h.s. (Type A17; earliest recorded date)
