1862 (6 Feb.) envelope registered to Bombay bearing, on reverse, 6d. blue (good to large margins) and 1/- vermilion (cut-into at foot) in combination with 1860 1d. purple-brown, all tied by "B53" obliterator, showing rare red unframed "registered" h.s. (Type R3), "8d" h.s. (Type A20; earliest recorded date) with despatch datestamp on face; the envelope a little soiled and with pressed heavy vertical folded, nevertheless a rare and colourful franking. Photo
