(Pick 23a, BG B24a), first two manuscript signature of J.David Gibbons, last two manuscript signatures of both J.David Gibbons and Lucelle Cooke. First replacement very fine, balance uncirculated and the '8' a very low number for issue. Interesting to note the amended signature of J.David Gibbons (4)
