Note: Only one sheet of this stamp was surcharged. The top row of six was overprinted with a thick bar, the remainder being with the thin bar. All the thick bar stamps were originally used on a registered letter to England. A reconstruction of the letter always omitted the first stamp; this now completes the original letter again as the "A07" ties it exactly to the "strip"
