1802 (18 Mar.) entire letter ex the Steele correspondence to Edinburgh (name and address reduced), showing various rate markings "dominica" two line datestamp (HS5), light "ship letter/london" datestamp (Robertson S.13, deleted) and double lined oval "Ship Lre/(Crown)" handstamp with blank area for the port and with manuscript "Dover" inserted (Robertson S.7l); A major rarity and exhibition item. Believed to be the only known example. Photo
