1910 Hentschel Trials: 7d. and 1/-, both in purple on pale pink wove paper, cut close and affixed to a piece of wove paper (30x62mm.) which shows ink manuscript "S.P./95" and "Art Purple on Rose" in the margins; the piece severed between the proofs and rejoined with self adhesive tape on reverse which has soaked into the piece, but the proofs largely unaffected; fine, fresh and very attractive.
