OHMS envelope (no flap) to Thursday Island, marked "Printed matter only", bearing 1901 1d. tied by "b.n.g." 10 bar oval, showing superb "daru/b.n.g." datestamp, light strike of circular "resident magistrate/western division" cachet in violet and, on reverse, fine arrival datestamp for 5 December. Most attractive and a fine example of the printed matter rate to a rare destination. Photo
