The Governor General of the Sudan & the Sidar of the Egyptian Army Khartoum", neatly cancelled by c.d.s. and showing two strikes of a framed "ar" handstamp similar to Proud AR2 though in seriffed letters, despatch and arrival (24.1) c.d.s. on reverse; small flap fault, otherwise fine.
