Khartoum Sudan" to England, countersigned by the Commanding Officer and bearing 5m. red and black with light c.d.s. and another strike alongside, Manchester arrival c.d.s. (21.12) on reverse; tear on flap otherwise fine. A very late and rare use for a concessionary rate cover. Photo
