1895 (23 Apr.) envelope registered to London, bearing [8] 1st state prior to the broken "n" in combination with 1894 (May) 1d. pair and 2d., all clearly tied by black squared-circle d.s., showing "R" h.s. with Liverpool and London datestamps; the envelope with small tear at top above the provisional.
