1850 (15 July) entire letter, headed by lithographic print of St. Andrews Cathedral, from Sydney "p Asia" to Weedon, England, rated "8" and bearing 3d. yellow-green cancelled by a largely fine complete strike of the diamond of dots and with Sydney Ship Letter oval datestamp alongside, arrival c.d.s. (11.1) on reverse; the adhesive defective though a very rare usage of this cancellation on cover with only four examples, of which this is the latest date, recorded by John White. Photo
