(x) Pathet Lao Government, a supposedly CIA propaganda note for 200 kip (1974), green and white, road and track convoys, reverse green and white, weaving scene, Ho Chi Minh at right
(Pick 23Ax), produced by the CIA to convince the Lao population that the North Vietnamese were the power behind the Pathet Lao movement and that should the Pathet Lao defeat the Royal Government then the North Vietnamese would be the real controlling party in Laos. Most of these notes were collected by the Pathet Lao thus surviving example quite rare. According to Howard Daniels and Joe Boling only a few examples believed extant. Uncirculated
