Republic of Ireland, an interesting fund raising bond for $10, 1920, no.78918, facsimile signature of Eamon de Valera as President, ornate border, green and black, very fine and scarce.

The bond was payable one month after the recognition of the new Republic of Ireland and paid a 5% interest from that date. Monies were mostly sought from Irish emigrants to the USA.
