1904 (25 Jan.) picture post card commemorating Japan´s entry into the U.P.U. bearing 1½s. pale ultramarine (2) tied by "chemulpo/i.j.p.o." c.d.s. in purple with Dalny and Postal Wagon "262" (29.1), serial "8" and Postal Wagon "266" (31.1 ), serial "4" c.d.s.; a small tear at foot of card. One of the last mailings using this service. Fresh, fine and very rare - unusual with both postal wagon datestamps
