1900 (28 Mar.) red band envelope registered to Peking bearing, on the reverse, vertical pair of 10s. tied by Seoul bisected circle datestamp with faint "tientsin/i.j.p.o." c.d.s. in purple (3.4), Tientsin bilingual c.d.s. (4.4) and indistinct Peking bilingual c.d.s. (4.4) along with two fine strikes of "imperial chinese legation/seoul" handstamps in red and with printed registration label on the address side; some water damage at foot with some red ink seeping through from the front. An interesting overpaid cover, not using the special Korea - China rate
