1900 (7 Apr.) registered official envelope to France bearing 1897 "Tai-Han" 5p., 10p. (2), 25p. and 50p. all with overprint in red, with Plum Blossom 2ch. and 3ch. pair, tied by Seoul type 4 c.d.s. with a fine strike of the boxed registered handstamp in red, the reverse with Ligne N packet boat 3 datestamp and Lyon arrival; part of the address has been scratched out, there is a vertical folding crease and some peripheral damage
