A small group of provincial banking items, comprising Margate Isle of Thanet Bank, a cheque dated 1797 and a receipt datred 1793, along with a letter to Francis Cobb, founder of the bank, relating to his dealings as a brewer, dated 1782, also Newcastle upon Tyne Bank, 20/-, 1802, and cheques from Whitby Bank and Evesham Bank, 1822 and 1828 respectively, finally a pull of a North irish Volunteers payment note,
mixed grades but an interesting group
