Trinidad, a design on tracing paper for the obverse of a 5/- banknote, dated May 17th 1888 in the margin, this was only one year before the islands of Trinidad and Tobago were combined into one colony, green, blue and white ink, Victoria at left, TRINIDAD at right, value at centre, with several ornate borders, only the left side of which are completed
(unlisted), mounted on card, corners bent and torn at low left and right, far earlier than the first issue of notes from the island, thus important and unique
