Winch Bros. envelope from Rockhampton to England, bearing 2½d. only (no registration fee paid in stamps) cancelled by "473" duplex and with "R" in oval handstamp and London Registered oval d.s. (21.11) alongside, unusual in being accepted as being an item of registered mail in London though without any penalty surcharge. A most interesting pair
