Northeast Liberated Area, Northeast People´s Posts: 1949 (July 8) Reusable Cover, 1st usage registered from Jilin to Shenyang, franked with Mao 5th print $1,500 (Yang NE136) strip of 3, tied by Guaqianqi cds, Shenyang arrival cds alongside, then used again with inside out from Shenyang to Harbin, franked with 28th Anniversary of Chinese Communist Party $1,500 (Yang NE148), as the stamp was not canceled in Shenyang, it arrived in Harbin bearing unusual red Harbin marking, scarce double usage cover.
