Taiwan1950 (July 7) Consulat de France Taipeh Registered Air Mail Cover to Paris, franked with 1950 (January 1) Flying Geese $2 and $5 pair, left $5 stamp with "dot" variety of character "Bi" and right $5 stamp with both large "Tai" and "dot" variety of character "Bi", extremely scarce variety and believed to be the only recorded example on cover, a magnificent showpiece originating from the French Consulate in Taiwan and considered to be the most important piece of Flying Geese and early Taiwan postal history item.
