China1897 Revenue SurchargeSmall Figures2c. on 3c. red horizontal pair [1-2] variety dramatic under inking with "2 cents" virtually omitted from both stamps, part to large part original (dried) gum; a few irregular perfs at right, a couple of small stains and damage on the central perforations and light ageing.
