Georgetown Provisionals 1907 (4 Dec.) envelope to Pittsburg, bearing 1/2d" on 5/- green and salmon (3) and "1d" on 5/- green and salmon twice neatly cancelled with Georgetown c.d.s., the reverse with Kingston (17.12) and Pittsburg (25.12) c.d.s. Attractive and very rare, being one of only three covers recorded bearing both handstamped surcharges. B.P.A. Certificate (1975).
