(Type 17) on 2 1/2d. deep blue and 1919 (Feb.) 1/2d. green and 1 1/2d. on 2 1/2d. orange, each in a strip of three, the 1919 values vertical with each overprinted "specimen", affixed to two pieces and cancelled by large red "postes et telegraphes/collection/de/berne/madagascar" circular handstamp, fine.
